Kendriya Vidyalaya Masjid Moth, Sadiq Nagar, New Delhi,(KVMM) is one of the premier co-educational schools among the Country's Kendriya Vidyalayas.The scheme of Kendriya Vidyalayas was initiated in April,1963 with a view of providing educational facilities are available to all children desirous of low cost quality education. Preference is however given to children of personnel who are frequently transferred from one regional language area to another. It is our attempt at KV Masjid Moth to transcend the monotony of textbook and received curricula, using imagination and intuition as resources to conceive change. We try to encourage our students to be creative, interactive and adaptive to the flux of ideas of the World around us.
"Nurture and Nourish" are the key words in our approach towards our students. We are deeply conscious that learning is a life long process of keeping abreast of change, and that we need to give our students a chance at every possible avenue of ingenuity. We aim to nurture not just achievers, but young students, who can strike a new trail, who can redefine nation of success, and who can take open hearts and open minds out into the society which they can help transform. An attempt is made to harness the sparkling ebullience of the young formative minds, keeping in mind their spontaneous sensivity and instinctive understanding. Indeed, all connected with KVVM - teaching staff, administrative staff, students - share a common goal: to excel, to make a difference.
