Kendriya Vidyalaya Masjid Moth Sadiq Nagar New Delhi- 49 invites sealed tenders from reputed parties for providing (i) Security Guard  (ii) Safai Karmchari  (iii) Gardener  (iv) Printing Stationery  (v)  running Canteen  (vi) Bookstore   (vii) AMC for computers  (viii)  Supply of Sanitary items  (ix)  Local Transport on daily/mileage  basis   (x)  Hiring of  Tent/ Shamiana   etc
The   participating agencies should be registered and enrolled with the sales tax authorities, ESI, EPF, TIN Number, Service Tax Number   and Delhi Shops and Establishment Act etc. as applicable  and should bring the related documents while collecting the tender documents  and have similar contracts in at  least  03-05 other organizations at the time of applying.  Tender documents containing terms & conditions can be obtained from the Vidyalaya office on payment of Rs. 200/- from the date of publishing to 12.03.2008 between 10 am  to 12 Noon.  The completed tender document along with earnest money  will be accepted till 02  pm on 12.03.2008   and opened on 12.03.2008 at   03.00 pm.  The Vidyalaya reserves the right to accept / reject any Tender without assigning any reason.
